We provide in depth trainings to universities, group practices, organizations, and businesses a variety of topics:

• Resilience Planning for Professionals: Managing Compassion Fatigue & Building Compassion Satisfaction 
• Resilience Planning for Caregivers
• Crisis Management & De-Escalation for Professionals
• Foundations of Developmental Disabilities
• Clinical Applications of Developmental Disabilities
• Adapting Trauma Treatment for Individuals with IDD including adaptations to Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT)

Trainings are tailored to meet the specific needs of the organization. Presentations begin at 1 hour, extending up to 10 hours over the course of 2 or 3 days depending on the topics covered and needs of the group.

The cost of trainings is determined collaboratively. Please contact us with to discuss your specific training needs. 

Individual & Family Therapy is currently offered via HIPPA compliant telehealth.

We are an in-Network Provider for Aetna, BCBS, and Cigna

Private pay clients psychotherapy sessions are $120 per hour 

We are happy to offer a free, 15 minute brief phone conversation prior to scheduling an assessment to see if we are a good therapeutic fit. Please follow the link below for information about our providers and their specialties.

Professional Consultation is available at a rate of $200/hour.  This may take place in person, over phone, or by video call.  

Group Case Consultation are available to cohorts or group practices. In group consultation we focus on adapted therapy practices for folks with neurodiversity and intellectual developmental disabilities. Groups are ongoing and focused on specific client cases determined by the group.

The cost of these consultation groups are determined collaboratively. 

Individuals with complex needs often have complex care teams. In addition to adapted therapy, we offer case management to our clients when deemed appropriate. This can include attending interdisciplinary team meetings, writing letters, and providing coordination of care with other service providers through phone/email/video conference. 

Our Case Management rate is $75 per hour.
